The couple, who had Jayden in May of this year, looked happier than ever as they attended the glamorous Gala for the Global Ocean at Opera de Monte-Carlo.
Chloe, 27, looked amazing just a few months after giving birth, wearing a dramatic black and grey animal print dress.
The strapless number was cinched in at the waist and featured a dramatic hem detail.
Hot Felon Jeremy, who also has a nine-year-old son with his ex wife, looked dapper in an all-black suit as they puckered up on the grey carpet.
The Topshop heiress and Jeremy, 34, announced their happy news on their Instagram accounts, alongside a close-up photo of the baby's hands and body.
They wrote in identical posts: "We are pleased to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy Jayden Meeks-Green. Born May 29th 2018. Mommy and Baby both doing well. We kindly ask to respect our privacy Please. Much love Chloe & Jeremy.(sic)"
It was previously revealed Chloe and Jeremy have already been planning their wedding with the help of her parents, Sir Philip and Lady Tina Green.
A source said last month: "The family are fully on board planning a wedding."
Jeremy is a former gang member who found fame in 2014 when his mugshot went viral after he was arrested for possession of a firearm and was dubbed the 'Hot Felon' .
