The model-turned-businesswoman, 46, turned heads as she arrived at the annual charity event, held at the Waldorf Hilton, London.
The mum-of-two showed off her enviable figure in the cerise frock, which featured retro shoulder pads as well as a saucy cut-out at the chest.
Keeping all eyes on the vibrant dress, she tied her look together with glitzy nude heels and a matching clutch bag.
The lingerie designer posed fiercely for cameras before heading inside to join her fellow guests, including Love Islanders Zara McDermott, Laura Anderson and Ellie Brown, Lizzie Cundy and Eamonn Holmes.
The glitzy award ceremony celebrates the unsung heroes of her time, and draws in a star-studded crowd each year.
Caprice chose to attend the event without husband Ty Comfort, with whom she shares her four-year-old sons Jax and Jett.
The pair were born three weeks apart back in 2014 – one naturally by her and another via a surrogate.
Speaking on Lorraine earlier this year, the model admitted she has given them the same birthday and raises them like twins despite their unconventional circumstances.
She said: "They are sort of like twins – born three weeks apart. Eventually I'll tell them. Gosh they are so cute."
She also revealed she is yet to inform them of her health woes, having discovered a life-threatening brain tumour in 2017, after complaining of headaches during her stint on The Jump.
Explaining how she dealt with the news as a mother, she told Lorraine: "I told them my bandages were a hat. They said I want that hat too, and I replied not this kind of hat."
Caprice later discussed her gruelling seven-and-a-half hour operation on Loose Women, and revealed she had said goodbye to her sons out of fear she would not survive.
