The pop princess has continued to live at the One Direction hunk's mansion since their split in July, but now she has got her eye on a swanky £3.75m house complete with swimming pool and tennis court.
According to the Daily Star on Sunday, Chez has been househunting in High Barnet, north London and is reportedly keen on one particular luxury property for her and her baby son Bear to share.
The four-bedroom mansion in Monken Hadley also boasts four reception rooms, four bathrooms and a landscaped garden.
Planning permission has also been reportedly granted for basement, groundfloor and first-floor extensions, if she wants them.
Another plus side is her BFF and Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh lives right around the corner.
A source told the newspaper: "Liam originally moved out of his Surrey mansion and into his bachelor pad in London so as to not upset Bear's routine. But that solution was only temporary.
"Cheryl is ready to move on and start a new life with Bear in north London as soon as she finds the right house."
Cheryl and Liam parted ways three months ago after being plagued by rumours that their romance had broken down.
At the time they said:"We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It's been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together."
Since their split Liam has gone on to find love else where.
The pop hunk has enjoyed a string of dates with model Cairo Dwek.
Last week he was also spotted out with a bevvy of beauties, including Amber Valletta and Winnie Harlow.
