Apparently, Halsey does not like being name-dropped – especially not in a very uncomplimentary way – by Eminem in his Machine Gun Kelly diss track, “Killshot.” As we’ve previously reported, toward the end of “Killshot,” Eminem includes a couple lines mocking MGK’s feud with rapper G-Eazy (actual name, Gerald Gillum) by saying “We can all see you’re f**kin’ salty / ‘Cause young Gerald’s ba**s-deep inside of Halsey.”
On Twitter, Halsey took issue with the fact that she was being dragged into the beef, but then later decided to delete her two tweets on the subject. In the first tweet, the pop singer points out the irony of Eminem objecting to something said about his own daughter, in a track that talks about someone else’s daughter (Halsey) “getting f**ked.” She then tries to bow out of the whole conversation all together, saying “rap beef = not for me.”
Later, responding to some Twitter user’s comments who misunderstood what she was saying, Halsey continued claiming she doesn’t care about the beef, saying that she’s “jus mindin my own business” while throwing her own low-key diss at both Eminem and MGK.
Eventually, Halsey must have regretted sharing any comments about the beef. By late last night, the tweets had disappeared from her Twitter feed.
