Fans of the Five reality show have been divided over Roxanne’s claim – while Ofcom has received over 11,000 complaints about the incident as many feel the soap star has undermined domestic abuse claims.
Talking to Jermaine Pennant, Gabby Allen and Ryan in the CBB garden, 27-year-old Dan said he did not think Roxanne would remain in the house until the next scheduled eviction.
“I don't think Roxy's going to last until Tuesday,” he said as his co-stars listened intently.
“Come on, man. If you've just tried to end someone and been caught out,” he continued – referencing the punching incident between Ryan and the soap actress.
Jermaine then claimed Roxanne’s complaint had: “backfired”.
Dan went on to suggest Roxanne may regret Ben leaving the show after he was evicted on Friday, saying: “she must know she's part of the reason that Ben's gone.”
And the ex-Towie star went on to suggest a negative crowd reaction to Roxanne would also play on her mind.
“Hearing everyone shouting ‘Get Roxy out!’ come on,” he said.
Indeed, Dan may be able to give Psychic Sally Morgan a run for her money – as his rationale proved to be correct.
Just hours later, Roxanne sensationally quit the reality show.
A CBB spokesperson explained to The Sun Online on Saturday: “Roxanne has decided to leave the BB House.”
They added: “The remaining housemates have been informed.”
