The actress, 53, looked incredible as she made a 'starfish' shape in the eye-catching one piece while relaxing in Puerto Portals on the island of Mallorca.
Cooling off beneath the Spanish sun, Liz posed for a snap while wearing a swimming costume from her own swimwear range, Elizabeth Hurley Beach.
She floated on the water with her arms and legs stretched out diagonally in a 'starfish' shape.
The star captioned the image, which was shared to her Instagram Story: "In Mallorca? Porto Portals @elizabethhurleybeach"
Liz finished off her look with a pair of aviator sunglasses.
It comes as Liz took a topless dip in the pool earlier this month while on holiday in Greece.
The model uploaded a video of her breast stroke on Instagram.
Wearing just a pair of white bikini bottoms, the clip shows Liz jumping out of the pool, holding her arms over her chest.
She captioned the footage: "Attempting to swim off the calories #holiday #greece."
Fans loved the saucy video, with one commenting that the clip "made my day".
Another added: "Looking hot. This is awesome."
The mum-of-one is certainly not shy when it comes to showing off her body.
She regularly shares sexy swimsuit shots of her svelte figure while plugging her own swimsuit range at the same time.
And Liz's son Damian, 16, often doubles up as her photographer.
She recently revealed the teenager, "definitely takes some [snaps], but I do have other friends that I can torture for some too".
The teen often accompanies his famous mum to showbiz parties and is a fledgling actor himself, with a role in Liz’s 2015 cable TV series The Royals.
