Drake really will do anything for his fans!
In case you missed it, the Nonstop rapper decided to surprise 11-year-old Sofia Sanchez in a Chicago hospital on Monday, the same day he was scheduled to have a concert in Toronto.
But Sofia, who is awaiting a heart transplant, only had two wishes for her birthday. One was a new heart, and the other was to meet Drake. After taking part in the #InMyFeelings challenge to get his attention, she got her second wish.
In a video posted by one of the young fan’s relatives, the Canadian tells her:
“I kinda cancelled a concert to come see you to be honest with you, I’m pretty excited about it.”
And Drizzy documented some of the experience on his own Instagram page, sharing:

Drake’s concert in Toronto on his Aubrey & The Three Migos tour ended up being postponed, with concert-goers only getting notice earlier that day.
It was stated the show was pushed “due to circumstances” beyond their control.
Well, it looked more than well worth the trip:
