Alice Campello uploaded photos holding her newborn sons Leonardo and Alessandro, on a golf buggy and in a bikini poolside.
Campello was criticised by social media trolls after uploading a series of pictures in the fortnight following the births on July 29, with users angry at her near-perfect figure so soon after the boys were born.
But she responded by thanking her doctor and the attention she has given to Campello, Morata and the babies as she worked off the extra weight from pregnancy.
Despite the backlash she faced previously, the majority of comments on her posts are now hugely complementary as followers admire the 23-year-old model's slender physique just three-a-half weeks after giving birth.
The Chelsea striker opted to change from the No9 shirt he wore for the Blues last season to No29, to commemorate the date of his sons' birthday.
And he has started the season well, leading the line for the entirety of Chelsea's 3-0 win over Huddersfield on the opening day.
The 25-year-old didn't score in that game but did find the net against Arsenal on Saturday with a well-taken goal before he was replaced by former Gunner Olivier Giroud.
