Viewers will see unlucky lads Dan Osborne and Ben Jardine nominated by President Kirstie and her Vice President Ryan after they call a house meeting and deliver the dire news to their citizens.
A teaser clip shows Kirstie, 67, standing at the podium with Ryan, 34, and she tells the house that her first actions as president are to enforce climate change rules.
She tells the room: "Citizens of the Big Brother house, as your president I vow to make celebrities great again and put the Big Brother House first.
"To do this I have to make some big changes. I have some really great and smart people working with me and they tell me the temperature in the Big Brother house is rising.
"I'm not sure I believe them, but I can't allow that to continue, I have introduced the climate change bill."
She continues: "To conserve energy, one housemate must have cold showers every day until further notice. The housemate I have chosen is Ben."
As Ben squeals in protest, Gabby tells him: "It's actually good for you you know, it's good for your heart. You're gonna live longer."
Next, it's Ryan's turn to make someone's life a misery in the house – and he picks someone his girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh is VERY familiar with.
He says: "As vice president, I have a keen interest in the health of the housemates. I am going to make the Big Brother house the healthiest house in the world.
"To do this, I'm going to make one housemate live on the healthiest diet I can think of – liquidised green vegetables."
He adds: "The housemate I have chosen for the healthcare bill is, Dan."
Clearly not up for it, Lucy's ex-boyfriend Dan says: "I knew it would be me" and he then tuts and says: "I don't like veg!"
Elsewhere, people at home will see more drama on the first night in the Borehamwood abode.
Female housemates Natalie Nunn and Chloe Ayling get straight to the point during a chat about Chloe's kidnapping hell – and Natalie asks if Chloe's perpetrator was "cute".
The US reality TV babe sits down for a chat with Chloe, 21, and asks about the ordeal that saw thrust into the public spotlight.
Chloe was kidnapped by Lukasz Herba earlier this year and held against her will at a house in Italy.
She was eventually released and in June, Herba was jailed for 16 years.
Reliving her tale to 33-year-old Natalie, Chloe explained: “This who has been sentenced, he was always telling me that he was on my side and that he can't release me because of this organisation.
“I just had to think, 'What can I do to survive?' and that's what I had to do – to just make him like me so he would release me and that was my only focus.”
Natalie then asked about what he’d made her do, Chloe insisted: “I didn't have to do anything sexual, no but that was the thing and I had to promise him things for the future.
“When I did that I saw his reaction to that was very positive and that's how I went about it.”
