Rock legend Alice Cooper is selling his Echo Park duplex for $1.3 million.
Cooper used the 2,027-square-foot Los Angeles neighborhood home as a writer’s retreat while working on Hollywood Vampires music.
Built in 1927, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio is within walking distance of Dodger Stadium.
The singer-songwriter-actor bought the Spanish-style house in 2006 for $700,000 and gave it a total face lift.
Podley Properties’ Randy Abrams is the listing agent for the property.
On the walls of the house, Cooper has placed some of his own memorabilia such as platinum albums and guitars.
Fresh from a European tour last month, Cooper said he has a new album on his mind.
