The former Emmerdale actress enjoyed a break in Portugal with her man ahead of entering the Celebrity Big Brother later this week.
The 36-year-old, who got engaged to Lee Walton just a week after meeting – was clearly having fun in the sun as they splashed about on a water slide.
Showing off her amazing figure, Roxanne wore a white bikini and showed off her natural beauty by going make-up free.
Today The Sun Online revealed that Roxanne will be one of the 13 housemates to take part in this series of the Channel 5 reality show.
She will be sharing a house with the likes of Dan Osborne, Chloe Ayling and Ryan Thomas, but is likely to miss Lee after their whirlwind romance.
The former star met her significant other after he was searching "#ElvisPresley" on social media, only for a picture to pop up of Roxanne visiting the late singing legend's home Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee – and Lee recognised her from the ITV soap.
Lee, 40, explained to OK! Magazine: "I was searching '#ElvisPresley' because I’m a massive fan and I saw her post. I recognised her from when I used to go round to my parents’ place every Friday night.
"My dad is a big Emmerdale fan so he’d always have it on, and Roxanne stood out. I’d see her in magazines and she always caught my eye."
Roxanne and Lee went to a pub for their first date and started smooching within five minutes of seeing each other face-to-face.
She said: "When I walked into the pub and saw him I thought, oh my God, you’re real. I just flung my arms around him and it was like we’d been together forever. We were kissing within five minutes."
And things moved very quickly from then, with Roxanne adding: "We were engaged within a week of meeting! I know it sounds crazy, but I knew my heart."
