The former glamour girl has been dreaming of walking down the aisle again this winter, according to The Mirror.
Katie, 40, has only been dating the personal trainer for a few months, but the publication reports she's already got marriage on her mind.
The report suggests Katie is hoping for a wedding abroad with all her mates involved, including Kerry who she wants beside her as a birdesmaid.
A source told The Mirror: "Katie is already talking about them being together forever.
"She has already asked friends including Kerry, her beautician Lou and her best friend Dionne to be bridesmaids if they do get married.
“Her dream is for a wedding on the beach abroad.”
Kerry was previously a bridesmaid at Katie's first wedding to Peter Andre back in 2005, along with Sarah Harding and Michelle heaton.
However, Katie will not be able to make any plans with Kris right now as she's currently in the middle of divorcing husband number three, Kieran Hayer.
She's also facing a financial crisis as she attempts to stave off bankruptcy.
She may also need to convince personal trainer Kris, 29, as he recently insisted he's not ready to marry her.
During an appearance on Loose Women recently Kris got grilled about marriage plans and he said he wants to get to know Katie first.
He said: "Hold on a minute!
"I'm quite old school I need to know you a bit more before we get married."
Katie then added: "No [to marriage plans].
"I'm on the pill so I can't get pregnant, I'm not even divorced yet.
"If we're meant to marry, we're meant to marry."
Marrying Kris would make him husband number four following Katie's doomed unions with Kieran, Alex Reid and Peter Andre.
