The reality show finalist was trying on shoes in front of her new beau but couldn't walk properly, reducing them both to fits of laughter.
Wes asked his girlfriend to "give us a dance then" as she tried to claim she was "steady on my feet."
She then paraded in some perspex heels but Wes wasn't sure about their "lack of circulation."
He yells: "Look at the white toes! Why do you look so decrepit?"
The couple have gone strength to strength after a shaky start in the villa when Meg stole Wes from under rival Laura Anderson's nose.
The pair even said that they would tie the knot during an appearance on Loose Women.
Megan, 24, told Coleen Nolan when quizzed about marriage: "Yeah if it keeps going like this yeah then one day."
Wes, 20, added: " Yeah of course!"
He added that he said he trusts Megan completely after learning about her webcam work after leaving Love Island.
He said: "I trust Megan completely 100% and she trusts me, I think having trust in a relationship is one of things you have to have.
"If you haven't got trust things can just crumble from that."
Megan also gushed over her boyfriend and appeared smitten, adding: "Wes got to know me for me, it's the best I've ever felt. Someone got to love me for me."
The couple confirmed they've kicked off the process of moving in together into her apartment in Southend.
Wes laughed and said: "I went down to see the apartment and moved some of my clothes in which she wasn't too happy about!"
