The supermodel, 39, posted snaps of her in a stunning off-the-shoulder bridal gown as she posed with her new husband in Krakow.
She captioned the snap: "We did it! It was a very private and small family gathering..wish I could have shared it with all the people that I love."
Joanna wore her blonde hair in a chic updo and held a beautiful bouquet of pink and white flowers.
The big day comes just five months after Douglas popped the question.
She showed off her huge diamond ring on Instagram, writing: "Just another weekend in the Krupa-Nunes household ❤? @nunes451."
The Polish-born beauty has found her happy ending after a painful divorce from Romain Zago.
She previously spoke of her heartache after he asked her for a divorce in December 2016.
She told In Touch: "I spent many nights crying. It was the worst Christmas imaginable.
"I felt like my life had been turned upside down, and I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I cried. I couldn’t eat. I probably lost about 7 pounds.'
"I was heartbroken. He had wanted a family, but I was always travelling and made work my priority.
"As time has gone on, I’ve realised we were both unhappy."
Douglas is the co-founder of a tech management company called 451.
