Motherhood suits Cardi B! Since welcoming daughter Kulture on July 11, the “I Like It” rapper has been nothing short of a doting mom thanks to the support of her closest relatives.
“Cardi is so in love with Kulture,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “She’s spending every moment she can with her and has family members around her showing her the ropes. Right now, she’s just settling into her mommy duties and loving every second of it. It’s a lot of work, but she doesn’t want a nanny.”
Since taking on her new role, Cardi, 25, has not stopped gushing over her newborn. “She’s telling friends that Kulture is the most beautiful thing she’s ever seen,” the source says. “She wants to experience all parts of motherhood before she has to start going back to work.”
And it will not be long before the Grammy nominee returns to the stage. She will join Bruno Mars on the next leg of his 24K Magic world tour as the opening act. The musicians are set to travel across North America together from September 7 to October 27. Kulture will come along for the ride.
“What I envision is my tour bus has my own personal room, and I just want to be with my baby,” Cardi told Rolling Stone in June. “Only time I don’t have my baby with me is when I’m getting my hair done, makeup done, performing. I don’t want to miss one second. I don’t want to miss no smiles, I don’t want to miss no new movement, I don’t want the baby to confuse me and the babysitter.”
Kulture is the first child for the “Bodak Yellow” performer and the fourth for her husband, Offset. The Migos member, 26, is also the father of sons Jordan and Kody and daughter Kalea from previous relationships.
