Novichok victim Charlie Rowley is discharged from Salisbury Hospital days after his partner died following exposure to nerve agent Mr Rowley, 45, collapsed at his home in Amesbury, Wiltshire on June 30  His partner Dawn Sturgess, 44, was also poisoned and died in hospital on July 8 He has been discharged from Salisbur
