A scary turn of events. Lacey Chabert rushed her 22-month-old daughter Julia to the emergency room after she had an allergic reaction.
“I want to publicly thank the dear people in the emergency room at Cedar Sinai Hospital,” the Party of Five alum, 35, began in a message posted to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, July 4. “Julia had a very serious allergic reaction. Not only did they take care of her, but they also calmed down this extremely panicked momma.”
She continued: “Julia is completely fine now be cause of their care. I can’t thank them enough for how well they looked after our family. God bless them! @cedarssinai #angels #gratitude.”
Chabert and her husband, David Nehdar, welcomed Julia in September 2016. The Hallmark actress opened up to Us Weekly last month about parenthood.
“Everyday is just full of so much joy,” Chabert exclusively told Us while attending the Step Up Inspiration Awards on June 1. “[But] it’s also very exhausting. The sleep deprivation, it’s hard, it’s challenging in ways that more than other things have been to me.”
The Mean Girls star also gushed that Nehdar is “obsessed” with Julia.
“It’s amazing how for your relationship too, it creates new challenges,” she explained. “But having her and raising her together, it’s truly brought us together in a really beautiful way.”
Chabert frequently shares photos of her family on social media. Last month, she posted a selfie of her baby girl napping on her chest.
“Nothing better ❤,” she captioned the sweet snap. “#peaceful #napping #loveofmylife #favoritepartoftheday.”
