The first official pictures of Princess Eugenie’s wedding have revealed the bride’s stunning evening gown, a regal peach-coloured dress designed by Zac Posen who said he was inspired by the beauty of Windsor Castle and the surrounding countryside.

The images also show the bride kissing her new husband Jack Brooksbank, posing with the Queen and the royal family and smiling with her page boys and bridesmaids.

In the family photos, taken in the White Drawing Room at Windsor, Eugenie’s mother Sarah Ferguson is pictured next to Prince Philip, with whom she has long been rumoured to have a frosty relationship.

An image of the bridal party shows Theodora, daughter of Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field, standing right next to Mr Brooksbank, who rests his hand on her shoulder.

It's the second Royal wedding of the year, and the second time we've fallen head over heels in love with a big white dress.

When wondering who might make Princess Eugenie's bridal gown there were plenty of names in the mix. Erdem, Ralph & Russo, Stella McCartney…

But as she stepped out of the car and headed into St. George's Chapel it was announced that her beautiful dress was the work of Peter Pilotto. It's a million miles away from the designer's signature bold prints, but she is a big fan of the label.

We love the elgant long sleeves, jacquard fabric and slightly off shoulder shape with fold over detailing. The voluminous skirt and dramatic train are very regal and when teamed with the Queen Mother's Greville emerald tiara and Charlotte Olympia shoes, it's everything we expected and so much more.

Friday’s wedding was believed to be the first time Philip and Fergie had been pictured together in 26 years after she was cast out from the royal family following her divorce from Prince Andrew in the 1990s.

On Friday, a grinning Fergie gave a big sigh of relief as she took her seat in the chapel for the wedding ceremony, and spent a great deal of time waving at guests in the pews opposite.

But she remained composed and kept her head slightly lowered when her former father-in-law Philip passed her to take his seat in the row behind.

One intimate black and white image shows the couple having a kiss inside the Scottish State Coach as they returned to Windsor Castle after the carriage procession.

In another image, taken at the York family home, Eugenie wears her beautiful evening gown while looking lovingly at her new husband, who is smiling at the camera and holding her hand.

  • The sun shone, the dress was gorgeous, and Eugenie and her…

So why did it cost taxpayers £2.5million? Prince Andrew…

So how DID Eugenie attract such a star-spangled crowd?…

The White Rose of York – a nod to her upbringing as Princess Eugenie of York – is subtly embroidered on both the shoulder and back which hold together the cape.

Eugenie set off her evening look with diamond and emerald drop earrings which were a wedding gift from the groom, and a hair slide belonging to the Queen.

Buckingham Palace said designer Posen – a fan of the golden days of Hollywood – was inspired by the beauty of Windsor and the surrounding countryside, adding that the colour of the dress reflected the blush of an English rose.

The silk for the gown came from Biddle Sawyer Silk, the palace said.

The newlyweds are said to be ‘delighted’ to share the four photographs, which were taken by British fashion and portrait photographer Alex Bramall.

Earlier Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda dressed up for the second night of festivities to celebrate Princess Eugenie’s wedding after a Friday night bash laid on by Andrew and Fergie.

The singer – who led the festivities at a fairground-themed bash with an impromptu performance of Angels – wore an embroidered jacket for day two while his wife, who shared the picture on Instagram, wore a dark green jumpsuit.

Comedian Jack Whitehall also posted footage of guests letting their hair down in a marquee as royal wedding guests flouted a social media ban from the party at The Royal Lodge Windsor.

Irene Forte shared a picture of a fairground ride on Instagram with fellow guests Marissa Montgomery and Saloni Lodha as Saturday night’s second round of festivities got underway.

Kate Moss and her daughter Lila, Demi Moore and Liv Tyler were among the other stars who changed into fresh outfits as the festivities continued.

Made In Chelsea’s Ollie Proudlock, who attended with his fiancée Emma Louise Connolly, wore a scarf embroidered with pictures of Princess Eugenie and her new husband.

Guests downed Casamigos margaritas and tucked into snacks from a gourmet pizza truck at the end of last night’s party, which lasted until the early hours with Zoe De Givenchy, mother of page boy Louis, declaring the night was ‘still young’ in a snap from the afterparty at 1am.

Pixie Geldof was among the glamorous guests to share a selfie in her evening party outfit on Friday night, after changing into a figure-hugging tiger print dress for the festivities, while Eugenie’s close friend Lady Melissa Percy posted an Instagram snap showing her larking about in the marquee.

At the wedding breakfast Prince Andrew delivered an anecdote about Eugenie’s new husband Jack mistakenly obeying orders intended for the family Highland Terrier of the same name.

‘The Duke of York told a wonderful joke in his speech,’ a guest said. ‘He recalled that his dog Jack was sitting on a chair and he shouted, ‘Jack, get off!’

‘The dog didn’t move, he said, but Jack Brooksbank shot up and fled.’

Andrew also dispensed with royal protocol and gave Jack a big hug in front of guests including the Queen, in what onlookers called a ‘human moment’.

The Queen and the Duke of York have paid for Eugenie and Jack’s three wedding parties from their own funds, the Palace has said.

Revealed: Why Eugenie and Jack’s wedding kiss was the MOST intimate any royal couple has shared – after the relieved groom overcame his nerves to put on a display of passion

With the eyes of millions on them, Princess Eugenie and her new husband Jack Brooksbank sealed their union with a kiss.

The first public kiss is a traditional part of any royal wedding, but yesterday’s moment between Jack and Eugenie was ‘the most intimate’, compared with any we’ve seen in the past.

Jack, 32, held his new bride in a two-armed embrace by her groom, with his right hand on her waist, and even after the kiss ended, Jack’s hand appeared to linger on her.

Body language expert Judi James told MailOnline: ‘Harry and Meghan might have claimed the title of the royal family’s most tactile and openly sensual couple, but Jack and Eugenie’s first kiss on the steps of the Chapel turned out to be the most intimate royal wedding kiss yet.’

Jack Brooksbank held Prince Eugenie in a two-armed embrace as they sealed their union with a kiss on the steps of St George’s Chapel yesterday

‘Since Charles first kissed Diana on the balcony after first asking permission of his mother the royal kiss has tended to involve lips-only touch.

‘Without any other touch to act as the normal guidance and steering this has led to difficult choreography that can make the kiss look awkward and over-rehearsed.

‘Jack’s body language before and during the ceremony signalled high levels of nervousness and emotions that resulted in tears and a difficulty in holding hands and getting the wedding ring on.

‘During the kiss though he appeared to opt for a spontaneous display of love and an overwhelming desire to hug his beautiful new wife close.

Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William shared their first kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace in 2011 surrounded by bridesmaids

WHen they kissed on the balcony of Buckingham Palace at their wedding in 1981, Charles and Diana did not touch or hold hands

‘Breaking with tradition he placed both hands around her waist which allowed for a brief but more intimate kiss where both could get momentarily lost in the moment.

‘Like all great kissers Jack also pressed his eyes shut as he kissed and we can see from the way his nose is pressed into Eugenie’s cheek that he was gently getting as close as possible.

‘These are techniques we use to magnify the pleasure of a kiss by focusing on the lip touch and spatial intimacy.

‘He seemed keen to have Eugenie to himself after all the tension of the service and I suspect that had it not been such a public event he might happily have whisked her off her feet.’

Princess Eugenie’s bouquet is placed on the grave of the Unknown Warrior as a touching tribute to those who have died in conflict since World War I

Princess Eugenie’s wedding bouquet has been laid on the grave of the unknown soldier in Westminster Abbey.

The newly-wed’s delicate bunch consisted of Lily of the Valley, Stephanotis pips, hints of baby blue thistles, white spray roses and trailing ivy.

And keeping with tradition, it has been put on the Unknown Warrior’s Grave as a touching tribute to the fallen of the First World War and international military conflicts since.

Princess Eugenie’s wedding bouquet on the grave of the unknown soldier in Westminster Abbey

Princess Eugenie’s bouquet was created by floral designer Rob Van Helden’s sister Patrice Van Helden Oakes.

The tradition of sending it to the grave at Westminster Abbey following royal nuptials began with the Queen Mother when she married King George VI.

It was laid there in memory of her brother Fergus who was killed in 1915 at the Battle of Loos during the First World War.

Sprigs of myrtle from Osbourne House on the Isle of Wight were also included in Princess Eugenie’s bouquet.

The tradition of carrying myrtle began after Queen Victoria was given a nosegay containing myrtle by Prince Albert’s grandmother during a visit to Gotha in Germany.

It was first carried by Princess Victoria, Queen Victoria’s eldest daughter, when she married in 1858, signifying the innocence of a bride.

Do behave, Harry! How Meghan rolled her eyes and appeared to give the fidgeting Prince a subtle telling off at Eugenie’s wedding in a rare moment of conflict between the loved-up pair

They’ve been basking in that newlywed glow for months, but it seems that Harry and Meghan may have experienced a rare moment of discord on Eugenie’s big day at St George’s chapel.

As the pair waited for the ceremony to begin in St George’s Chapel, the Duchess of Sussex seemed to be telling off her husband as a fidgeting Harry interrupted his wife as she chatted to Zara Tindall.

She fired a few words back at him and briefly gesticulates before turning away from him to continue speaking with Zara.

Lip readers’ accounts of the conversation were inconclusive due to Harry turning his head to the side as he spoke to Meghan.

At one point the couple appeared to be discussing the chapel, the same one they were wed in, as Harry said: ‘Everything’s different’.

To which Meghan snapped back: ‘Yes, of course, that’s the way.’

She then appeared to gesture with her hands at how full the venue was as she said: ‘Fill up as much.’

But Body language expert Judi James noted their strained poses and facial expressions.

She told Femail: ‘Harry appears to be anxious and fidgety when they sit in their pew seats, rocking about and fiddling with the tails of his jacket.

Meghan gesticulates at her husband before turning away to speak with Zara Tindall

‘Meghan looks calmer and politely sociable, chatting in a much more demure way to Zara in the seat in front.

Harry starts to talk to her and she performs a subtle eye-dart to her left, a bit like a mother whose kid is trying to interrupt her grown up conversation.

‘She turns to Harry and seems to have a slightly firmer conversation, raising her hands and then bringing them together and using a small head-baton gesture for emphasis.

‘Meghan leans back towards Zara, resuming her polite social smile along with their conversation.

‘Harry rubs his face, chews his lips and leans into the side of his seat like a child that has just been told to sit still.’

Price reaches £1,000 for Eugenie wedding goodie bags containing £15 worth of treats including shortbread, magnet and biodegradable poncho being sold on eBay

Princess Eugenie’s wedding goody bags – containing spoils such as shortbread, chocolate gold coins and ponchos – are being sold for as much as £1,000 online.

As well as special memories, the 1,200 members of the public invited to celebrate in the grounds of Windsor Castle walked away with the bags containing £15 of treats.

But while many of the guests at the royal nuptials were delighted with their luxurious maroon cotton souvenirs, others decided to cash in on the exclusive gift.

The 1,200 members of the public who gathered within the grounds of Windsor Castle to watch the royal wedding arrivals were each given a cotton bag filled with an estimated £15 of treats. Revealed: 3.9 million viewers tuned in to watch Eugenie and Jack

The royal wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank boosted ITV’s ratings as over three million viewers tuned in to watch the lavish ceremony.

The views more than trebled the channel’s late-morning time slot which is usually reserved for This Morning with Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on a Friday, followed by Jeremy Kyle.

The Windsor wedding held at St George’s chapel peaked at 3.9 million when it aired on the channel in an extended This Morning special hosted by Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford from 9.25am until 12.30pm, according to overnight ratings.

However, despite hitting highs for this particular TV slot Eugenie and Jack may not reach the heights of the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, which was watched by a combined total of 11.5 million people in May – including those viewing up to seven days later.

One enterprising person has put theirs on eBay with a starting price of £1,000 – which the seller says includes post and packaging.

The sales spiel reads: ‘Here is your chance to buy your very own piece of world history and memorabilia to celebrate a momentous day for the British Royal Family, Great Britain and the World.’

Buyers are invited to pay off the sum at £47.17 per month for 24 months.

Others who watched Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank tie the knot are selling their goodybags for comparativley meager double digit prices.

One seller, listing theirs for £50, described it as a ‘chance to buy your very own piece of British royal history and memorabilia’.

Charity representatives, schoolchildren and members of Royal Household staff were among those cheering on the young couple at they arrived at St George’s Chapel.

Scores of models, singers, actors and society beauties filed into the Gothic building where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married just five months ago.

Following the lead of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who married at St George’s Chapel in May, Eugenie and Jack invited members of the public to apply via a ballot for a place to watch the arrivals inside the castle.

As a small gesture, each invitation holder was presented with the maroon woven cotton gift bag emblazoned with the couple’s initials, the date and the venue.

In light of the changeable weather, a ‘biodegradable and compostable’ plastic rain poncho was also provided to keep guests dry in case the heavens opened.

A message on the packed read: ‘your poncho will break down in less than 24 months’.

One attendee, who gave his name as Scott, joked: ‘Let’s hope the same isn’t true of the royal marriage.’

Feeling a little delicate, Andrew? Bleary-eyed Prince Andrew goes horse riding at Windsor Castle after Eugenie’s tequila-fuelled wedding bash

After a long day fulfilling his father of the bride duties and a wild party that went on until the early hours in the grounds of his home, The Royal Lodge, it was no wonder Prince Andrew looked a little heavy-eyed as he enjoyed a morning ride at Windsor after Princess Eugenie’s wedding.

The 58-year-old was spotted on horseback with a blonde-haired companion, taking in the sunshine as they trotted along at a leisurely pace after last night’s star-studded reception where guests sang along to an impromptu performance by Robbie Williams and tucked into gourment pizza.

Andrew wrapped up against the cold in a blue and navy jacket, while his companion also looked sporty in a navy coat.

Saturday morning’s outing may well have been a chance for Andrew to blow away the cobwebs, as he is throwing a second party for his daughter and her friends this evening for which he is meeting the cost privately.

Princess Eugenie’s wedding bouquet, consisting of white roses, lily of the valley and thistles, was laid on the Grave of the Unknown Warrior memorial in Westminster Abbey.

The royal wedding’s most glamorous guests? Pregnant Bavarian princess and her sportsman husband known as ‘polo’s dream couple’ document a VERY stylish 24 hours at Eugenie and Jack’s celebrations

Princess Eugenie’s wedding was a star-studded affair with no shortage of glamorous guests from TV stars to models, but they faced stiff competition from ‘polo’s dream couple’.

Bavarian princess Yoanna Otto, 30, and her polo player husband Charlie Hanbury, 32, have been busy documenting their royal wedding celebrations on Instagram in a series of very glamorous snaps.

German-born Yoanna, the daughter of Princess Anna Oettingen-Wallerstein and her ex-husband Dr York Otto, showcased a variety of enviable designer gowns – all the more impressive as she’s nine months pregnant.

For the ceremony at St George’;s Chapel, Yoanna stunned in a cornflower blue gown with puffed sleeves by Roksanda alongside her handsome husband Charlie

The mother-to-be stunned in a cornflower blue midi dress with puffed sleeved by Roksanda for the church ceremony, teamed with Jimmy Choo heels, before slipping into a glittering gold evening gown by Reema Acra for the lavish party at The Royal Lodge, Windsor.

It must have been a long day of celebrations, but Yoanna was ready for round two , starting off with breakfast in bed at the Coworth Park spa hotel in Berkshire where many of the royal wedding guests spent the night.

She later shared a snap in a folk-style floral dress by Tory Burch, which she teamed with fairground emojis, believed to be a nod to Eugenie’s funfair-themed celebrations.

Over the weekend, Prince Andrew is throwing a fairground themed bash complete with dodgems and a coconut shy as part of the celebrations.

They dated for three years before becoming engaged in 2015. They now live together in England.

The pair, who tied the knot at Chelsea Town Hall, have been hailed as ‘polo’s dream couple’.

Still a style icon! How Princess Diana inspired royal wedding outfits worn by Kate Moss, the Duchess of Cambridge and Fergie’s half-sister

Princess Diana was a style icon whose fashion choices are still admired 21 years after her death, so it’s no wonder guests at Princess Eugenie’s wedding yesterday decided to take inspiration from her royal style book.

Some of the looks were more of a subtle nod to Diana, whilst others near enough wore replicas of some of Diana’s most famous looks.

Sarah Ferguson’s half-sister Eliza Ferguson near enough copied one of Diana’s classic Royal Ascot outfits, from the 1986 event in a green polka dot wrap dress with a matching hat, as Diana had in 1986.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge, Ellie Goulding and Holly Candy also seemed to give a nod to the late princess’ iconic style with their outfits.

The dress was a very modest cut that kept the singer’s arms covered, and the skirt went down past her knee. The loose fitting dress was belted, and the star paired the look with some dance floor-ready white heels.

Princess Diana wore a similar dress in 1983, but had of course accessorised with a tiara. The princess had sported the David and Elizabeth Emanuel dress at a banquet in New Zealand.

Former pop princess Holly Valance stunned the crowds in an elegant pink ensemble complete with a cute pair of gloves with bow detail.

This dress was similar to an outfit Diana had worn in 1983 during a visit to Maitland, New South Wales Australia. The dress had been made by designer Catherine Walker.

Aside from pop royalty, fashion royalty Kate Moss also jumped on the band wagon when she arrived wearing a demure polka dot two piece. Kate ditched her usual smoky eyed look and went for a more neutral palette to attend the ceremony at St George’s chapel.

Diana had first debuted a similar look in 1987 where she had presented a setoff prizes at a polo match in Windsor, the dress was designed by Victor Edelstein and the polka dot pattern soon became one of Dian’s signature looks.

Also in the fashion world and never far from a fancy frock, Net-A-Porter’s global head of styling Harriet Stewart, wore a fabulously glittering dress, which was extremely similar to the dress Diana had worn to the 1985 premier of A view to Kill.

Hollywood star Demi Moore also channelled the princess in her evening gown which had been designed by Stella McCartney. Moore wore the black satin dress but had also carried with her a white satin coat.

In 1986 on an official visit to Saudi Arabia, Diana wore a black and white long satin dress by the Emanuel’s at a dinner given by the crown prince.

One of the first celebrities to arrive at the wedding, Pixie Geldoff, donned a cute pink cape which was very similar to a smock Diana had worn in 1984 when she was pregnant and attending the polo at Windsor.

Another notable outfit was that of Annabelle Farr who attended Jack Brooksbank’s alma mater Stowe, she wore a navy dress similar to that of Diana’s dress that she had worn to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 1991.
