The dashcam footage showed the confrontation escalate until the men were grappling on the side of the road and had to be pulled apart by witnesses.
One of the drivers involved has since claimed he only acted the way he did to protect his heavily pregnant wife, who was sitting in the car.
It has been claimed the situation first began when a Ford Mondeo starts to tailgate the couple's car.
The driver then appears to try to overtake extremely aggressively – eventually overtaking and stopping in the middle of the road.
The other driver – whose dashcam is filming the confrontation – then gets out of the car and can be seen screaming at the Mondeo driver to get back into his car.
As the man takes off his jumper, the Mondeo driver then goes back to his car, grabbing what appears to be a metal bar.
Chaos then erupts, with the drivers falling onto the street as they grapple with each other.
The men can be seen trading blows on the ground until witnesses pull them apart.
It is understood the incident unfolded on October 20 this year, as the cars drove through Oldbury in West Midlands.
It is unclear if any charges were laid over the incident.
West Midlands Police have been contacted for comment.
It comes after CCTV revealed the shocking moment a maniac driver apparently reversed into a young mum during a row.
A fight was also filmed on the streets of Galway, Ireland, with children cheering on the men involved.
A baby girl was even punched in the face during a road rage incident in Kent, her family claimed.
