The Corrie actress left the camp on Monday night, becoming the third contestant to leave the jungle so far.
Who was voted off I'm A Celebrity last night?
Sair Khan was voted off I'm A Celeb on Monday, December 3, making her the third star to leave the jungle.
Sair was met by her boyfriend Simon Lennon as she left the camp.
Speaking about her time Down Under she told Holly Willoughby and Dec Donnelly: "I can't believe I've been in there for over two weeks – it's crazy.
"I felt like I was in the television watching I'm A Celeb. I got in there and I felt a weird emotion. It took me a few days to calm down.
"I was lumped in with the boys and that took me a while to get my head around. As time went on it got easier.
"I can't believe I got to do so much, I'm so proud of myself."
Her exit was overshadowed by another I'm A Celeb fix row as viewers claimed Sair knew she was leaving as she'd had her hair and make-up done.
What happened in last night's episode of I'm A Celebrity?
After Malique left the camp in Sunday night's vote off, John Barrowman returned.
In the Bush Telegraph John said: “I am back, I am glad to be back, I did not want to go, I would never have used this as an excuse or an option to leave because I would never give up on something like this.”
In the Bushtucker Trial James McVey and Rita Simons took on Stars of the Silver Scream.
Rita had to answer movie-themed questions while standing in a box filled with popcorn and critters to win time for James to spin stars off a stick with his tongue.
James had to place his head in different boxes containing things such as brains, spiders and flies.
Rita only got one question wrong and the pair came back with eight out of nine stars.
It was then up to Sair and Fleur East to take on the Dingo Dollar Challenge.
The pair had to bake a cake but had to pass the ingredients to each other while tied to their tables.
As they opened the pantry doors to retrieve ingredients, they were showered with flour, treacle and more.
And after getting the question right Kiosk Kev handed over the cupcake treat.
Emily Atack, Sair and Fleur were doing their chores at the Creek and decided to have a game of who they would snog, marry or push over a cliff.
Emily asked Fleur to give her preferences between James, Malique Thompson-Dwyer and Nick Knowles. “I would snog Nick,” the other two girls squealed “ew!”.
Fleur continued: “I would marry James because he’s a lovely boy and then I would push Malique off a cliff because he’s my brother and I couldn’t kiss or marry him.”
Harry Redknapp and Emily got an extra task to win treats for camp.
They had to work in a video shop hut called "Bug Busters" where they had to match movie quotes to the correct film case in store.
Of course they were not alone in Bug Busters store.
They had movie quotes from Grease, Toy Story, The Terminator, The Sixth Sense to name a few.
Critters kept falling on them, “Oh there’s something in my pants” screamed Emily at one point.
As the third public vote was announced, it was Sair who gained the least votes and was sent packing, with another eviction scheduled for Tuesday night.
