Whitney Houston's ex Bobby Brown 'blames her for their drug use' in new film about his life

A new biopic, produced by Brown, 49, claims that pop legend offered him drugs when he was clean, according to reports.

The Daily Mirror reports how in the series his character tells Whitney: "Everyone started hating Bobby Brown when I got with you."

The Bobby Brown Story sees the couple descend into a daily drug habit.

It allow shows Whitney's character leaving him for dead after a stroke.

It is Bobby, who we see wake from a coma, who insists "no more drugs" and according to him, it is Whitney who will not listen.

The film even goes as far as saying Whitney offered Bobby drugs when he had been off them after a stint in prison.

But the film does deal with his problems too – it shows Bobby crash his car under the influence and enjoying flings.

The couple – who got wed in 1992 – had a daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Whitney died in 2012 at the age of 48 after she accidentally drowned in the bathtub. Heart disease and cocaine use were listed as contributing factors.

Their daughter Bobbi died in 2015 in hauntingly similar circumstances when she was found face down in a bathtub in her Georgia home.
