When Is Children In Need 2018?

Children in Need 2018 will air THIS FRIDAY (November 16, 2018), across BBC One and BBC Two.

The coverage on BBC One will begin at 7.30pm and finish at 12.30am.

Since it launched in 1980, Children In Need has raised a massive £950million.

Stephen Mangan will also host a special edition of Mastermind on the show as four children team up with celebrity partners.

Who's presenting Children In Need 2018?

Children In Need 2018 will be presented by Rob Beckett, Ade Depitan, Mel Giedroyc, Graham Norton, Tess Daly, Marvin Humes and Rochelle Humes. 

This is comedian Rob's first time hosting the show – he will replace Matt Edmondson who was a presenter in 2017.

Rob said:  “I am so excited to be presenting BBC Children in Need this year. It’s a British institution and a wonderful charity, so to be asked to help out is a huge honour.

"My parents are gonna be bursting with pride. I also get to meet Pudsey! I can’t wait!”

Who will perform on Children In Need 2018?

The show promises a night of entertain from some very special guests, this includes:

  • Jamie Cullum will be performing the 2018 Children In Need single Love Is In The Picture.
  • Boyzone will take part in the Child In Need Strictly Come Dancing special.
  • Jessie Wallace will pay tribute to Disney and sing Frozen's Let It Go.
