The pair enjoyed a date night at the UEFA Champions League draw in the Grimaldi Forum, after their recent family holiday in the South of France.
The former footballer was present at the event to receive the 2018 UEFA president's award from Alexander Ceferin.
Fashion designer Victoria, 44, was sure to dress up for her husband's big night in a plunging black midi dress and heels.
Meanwhile David, 43, was typically slick in a smart black suit and tie as he posed with his wife on the carpet.
The appearance was a rare one for the couple, who are more often seen with their four kids Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, and Cruz, 13, and daughter Harper, seven.
The clan recently enjoyed a family holiday in the French Riviera, alongside showbiz pals Elton John and David Furnish.
The family are close friends with the singer, who also happens to be Brooklyn's godfather, and they have spent most of the last week relaxing on his yacht.
Both David and Elton documented their sun-soaked reunion on Instagram for fans.
Elton, wearing a summery Hawaiian shirt, first shared a snap of himself with David and Victoria, to the delight of fans.
He wrote in the caption: "Winding down my Summer holiday with these lovely people. @victoriabeckham @davidbeckham."
While David shared a snap of him and the Crocodile Rock star, with the words: "Uncle Elton… We have known each other now for 25 years .. Fun times with each other 🙂 @eltonjohn @davidfurnish."
