Rum – The Thirsty Road: Viewers should prepare for a sobering journey.

10.4pm, SBS Viceland

Guadalupe-born French rapper and rum connoisseur Joey Starr, 50, has delivered quite an education not only in this noble use of sugar cane but in the racial politics of the Caribbean. One minute, he's by the pool getting nicely lubricated with his crew, the next he's asking the hard questions of a distillery owner descended from slave owners. It's been a sobering journey.

BLUE BLOODS

★★★½

10pm, Ten

Islamophobia rears its ugly head on the New York City beat as anger flares over the building of an Islamic school next to a mosque. Into this furore is tangled the plight of an undercover policeman. Meanwhile, family loyalties are tested as Danny's no-good brother-in-law dances with the devil known as the mob. It's just another dangerous, morality testing work day for this tight-knit clan of everyday heroes. Kevin Dillon and Treat Williams guest star.

SEINFELD

Four episodes ★★★★

6.30pm, 7flix
