Susanna Reid looks incredible in a dark green dress after revealing one stone weight loss

Piers Morgan revealed the pounds dropped off his Good Morning Britain co-host when she ditched alcohol in September – and she's clearly kept it off.

He said on the ITV show: “We’ve got a reaction to Susanna’s revelation that she is on a dry September.

“Judy in Richmond says Susanna Reid looks like she’s lost four pounds. It’s actually 12 pounds, since she stopped drinking.”

The 47-year-old presenter had a spring in her step as she strutted across the pavement outside the ITV studio today.

Susanna proudly displayed her curves in the knee length number that she teamed with bright marble heels.

Susanna's weight loss coincided with her new relationship with boyfriend Steve Parish, 53.

The pair were first pictured together on November 4, 2018 at a Crystal Palace v Chelsea match.

A friend said: “Susanna and Steve are exclusively dating. It’s extremely early days but they’re having a lot of fun.

“They have known each other for several years through their connections to Palace.

Susanna has enjoyed a string of dates and a romantic mini-break with the Crystal Palace chairman.

Meanwhile at work, she's been running around the GMB set to get away from snakes and spiders, as the show gets into the I'm A Celebrity spirit with a number of wild creatures visiting the studio.

The 47-year-old was scared out of her wits when Piers, 53, ran after her brandishing the hairy spider.

Richard Arnold first introduced Mary the tarantula to viewers as Susanna hopped off her seat and said: "Oh my days."

Piers immediately stuck out his hand and took Mary from handler Trevor, telling Susanna and Kate Garraway: "People often say I wouldn't do well in the jungle.

"Let me tell you I am utterly fearless."

He proceeded to wave the eight legged creature around the desk and got excited when the women squealed.

And the studio descended into chaos yesterday when Jonathan the snake got too close to Susanna and coiled around Richard's crotch.

She had the unfortunate luck of sitting beside brave Richard, who manhandled the slithering snake with ease.

As it got more and more excited in his arms, Susanna couldn't take the pressure and yelped in fear.

She said afterwards: "Oh for goodness sake I'm not scared of snakes but frankly I don't need it that close to me. There is something disconcerting about the fact its tongue is continuously out.

"It does love me I don't know what that says about anything. It's hissing at me now!"

She added: "Just go that way. Bye."
