The former X Factor star and ex-EastEnders actor Joe started dating in January 2016 after originally meeting on I’m A Celebrity in 2010.
Stacey, whose 29th birthday is today, took to Instagram this morning to reveal she and Joe are now living together.
And she posted a photo herself and Joe cuddled up with one of her sons.
She wrote: "Happy birthday to me yaaay.
"Was imagining being surrounded by thousands of pink balloons when I woke up on a four poster bed.
"But I’m actually sooo much happier to be waking up on a mattress on the floor surrounded by brown boxes because we are about to move in together and blend our lives together which is the best birthday present I could have ever wished for."
Stacey is mum to sons Zachary and Leighton, while Joe has son Harry, 11.
The Loose Women presenter recently admitted that she and Joe, 36, are “always” thinking about having children.
When quizzed if she wanted more, she said: “It’s always in the back of our minds.
"It’s not something we’re ready for just yet, but we hope in the future it would happen. We don’t really have the time to make a baby.”
She added: “I’m not in any hurry. I want it to be the right time, so we can be well prepared.
"Once we’ve lived in the house for a while and everyone is settled, it can be something we think about.”
She previously described her and Joe's decision to move in together as a long time coming: “I can’t wait! You know when something's just been such a long time coming.”
