Mel B Gives Hope for a Full Spice Girls Reunion During Upcoming Tour on 'The Late Late Show'

The “America’s Got Talent” judge also reveals which pop star she’d like to see step in as a guest “Posh Spice” after Oliva Munn gives her best Victoria Beckham impression.

Fans still holding out for a reunion of all five of the original Spice Girls got a glimmer of hope when James Corden broke it all down with Mel B on "The Late Late Show" Thursday night.

Corden wasn’t going to let her play coy about who may or may not be part of the already-announced reunion tour. He literally went down the list of every Spice Girl, getting a yes from the "America’s Got Talent" judge on every single one of them, until he got to Posh Spice aka Victoria Beckham.

"Well, we’ll see about that one. But us four are definitely going on tour," Mel said definitively.

"She may join us for a few," she added to an eruption of cheers from the audience. Then, with a look to the camera, Mel said, "She better do," as if she was talking directly to Victoria.

Does this mean Victoria has agreed to pop in for a few shows along the way? Or at least suggested that she’s open to it? For many diehard Spice Girls fans, that’s enough to get them even more excited about the tour. The real question is if they’ll be surprise appearances, or will fans know in advance she’ll be at a certain venue.

If it’s a surprise, that just means they’ll have to buy tickets to every show, right? We don’t see the Girls being upset about that.

Another idea tossed around was the notion of having celebrity guests fill in for Posh Spice, which Mel admitted was an idea she’d already had. James Corden then tasked fellow guest Olivia Munn with doing a Posh Spice impression, and we have to admit, she kind of nailed it. If she doesn’t have to sing an can instead just smolder into the camera, we say hire her.

As for someone who would need to sing, Mel said, "Katy Perry would be good, wouldn’t she?"

Later, Mel admitted that not only does she still have her original Spice Girls wardrobe, she’s done something she was a little embarrassed to admit. After she revealed it, both Olivia and fellow guest Dr. Phil said, "It’s a little weird."

Check out the "weird" reveal in the video above.

For now, the Spice Girls are reportedly setting off in 2019 on a 13-date tour across the UK culminating with three shows at Wembley Stadium in London. Perhaps it is there that all five Spices will reunite. Or Mel can just keep Olivia on retainer.
