The Sun has tracked down some lucky Q LIVE winners to talk about how they’ll be spending their money this Christmas.
Jayne Hankinson, 56, a housewife from Wigan, had just just finished her weekly supermarket shop when she learned she’d landed the jackpot.
Jayne, who has been married to retired bricklayer Arthur, 70, for 20 years says: “I buy the Sun everyday and I always see the Q LIVE app advertised in the paper. I also use Sun Savers so I got five free rounds on the game with that.
“I’m addicted to the app. I play it everyday at 1pm and 8pm. I even have alarms set on my phone so I don’t miss a round! The app is so easy to use and is really fun so I look forward to playing it everyday.
“I had just finished my weekly shop in Morrisons when I won last Monday lunch time. Although I was really happy about winning the money, I was thrilled because it meant I’d beaten all the other people who were playing. I felt so smart!
“With Christmas just around the corner, winning this money has come at just the right time.
“I’ll use it to buy my husband a nice present as well as the rest of my family. Of course, I get them presents every year, but thanks to the Sun I can get them something extra special. I’ll make sure I pick myself up a few extra bottles of prosecco too!”

A mum-of-two from Cheddar, Somerset, has landed an incredible £500, thanks to the Sun’s quiz app, Q Live.
Anne-Marie Large, 31, a stay-at-home mum, couldn’t believe it when she bagged her winnings from the Golden Q round on the app.
She says: “I really enjoy quizzes, so I do quite a lot of them but this is this first live quiz I have ever done.
“My friend had posted a referral code for the app on Facebook, so that’s when I decided to give it a go. I downloaded it in the middle of October and I’ve played every game since.
“I love the game and find it really easy to use but I think what really makes it stand out, are the presenters. I love all of them, especially Marina. They are all so bubbly and make the app so fun to use.
“The money has come at just the right time for us. Over the next couple of months I’ll be celebrating birthdays for my husband, Sam, 28, as well as my two boys, Dexter, five, and Milo, three. Then of course there’s Christmas, so it’s an expensive time for us.
“It feels nice knowing that with the help of Q Live I can treat all of my family without having to count the pennies.”

Jake Reed, 22, was winding down after a long day at work with his partner, Zoe Pearsons, 22, when he bagged his winnings.
He says: “I have been using the app since it first came out. To begin with, there was only about 500 users but now there are thousands so it’s a little harder, but I enjoy the challenge.
“I really like doing quizzes online so when I saw the advert for Q Live, I figured I would give it a go. The presenters are really funny and keep us entertained and the questions aren’t too difficult either.
“I love being able to sit down with Zoe and do it together of an evening. It allows us to have some quality time together.
“After winning the £26, I went out with some friends, so I managed to get a couple of drinks out of it!”
A coffee shop owner from Minehead, Somerset, is celebrating after winning £140 on the Sun’s quiz app, Q Live.

Toyah Marchant, 30, was playing the quiz app with her partner James Billing, 26, a science and genetics student at Bristol Open University, at home when she bagged the cash.
She says: “My work colleagues told me about the app and I was instantly addicted, so I got my partner, James, to download it too. Now we play it together every evening at 8pm after we’ve had dinner.
“We both absolutely love Pandora as a host. She is so fun and keeps you entertained. We find ourselves repeating her catchphrase when she says, ‘if you want it, come and get it!’ We have great fun playing the game together and it’s a nice way to end the evening.
“It’s just something fun to do together. If we’re watching something on the television we will pause it so we can play the game for 10 minutes or so.
“I have a massive family – I’m one of five siblings – so I’ll put the money towards Christmas presents for my nieces and nephews. With the help of Q Live, I can treat them all to something a little extra special this year.”
