The stars' followers are worried that the pair have split following Mark's move to America last year.
Fans have noticed that Mark and Michelle haven't attended a single showbiz event together since July, with Michelle even posing solo as she shared a photo of her Halloween costume.
Taking to social media, one concerned fan queried: "Is it just me that wonders if Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan are still together?"
Another wondered: "Have Michelle Keegan & Mark Wright split?? Not many photos etc on Instagram any more, nor many comments, likes etc??"
Mark and Michelle have been forced into a long-distance relationship due to their differing work commitments.
While Mark is normally based in Los Angeles, where he is the host of entertainment show Extra, Michelle remains in the UK to focus on her acting and modelling commitments.
However, the pair actually enjoyed a night out together earlier this month – with the pair being pictured on the Faces nightclub Instagram page.
The couple partied in Mark's hometown of Essex following his return from South Africa.
The former Towie star had spent three weeks in Cape Town hosting the British series of US dating show The Bachelor.
Mark also gave his wife some rare social media love earlier this week, liking and commenting on Michelle's Halloween Instagram post.
The brunette beauty posed as a creepy fortune teller, complete with white contact lenses, a nose piercing, and face jewels.
Mark commented on the snap: "You're so ugly" alongside a series of fun emojis.
His sister Jess Wright also commented, writing: "So cool Shell! Gorgeous xx".
Michelle and Mark first started dating in 2012, they got engaged one year later and tied the knot on 24 May 2015.
Michelle previously insisted that she spends more time with her husband than people think, recently sharing: "Mark sometimes comes home for a weekend and no one knows he’s even there.
"Over the years we’ve learned how to do that and I’ve definitely become more private."
