The 49-year-old did what so many of us have done during Christmas party season and begun belting out songs with her pals, though probably more tunefully than most.
Super-diva Mariah, who is in Madrid on the last stop of her All I Want For Christmas tour, begun the night by changing into the astonishing dress with knee-high boots and black leggings.
She then posed for a picture beside a truly impressive stash of wine, before hitting the bar.
And after enjoying a glass or two of red, she was ready to sing.
The superstar told her crew: "This is an NTT – name that tune" before trying to drown out the boozer's own soundtrack with her powerhouse vocals.
The star crooned: "You should know, I'm still here…" from her hit Subtle Invitation before everyone else joined in.
Videos posted on her Instagram story show she then treated the bar's drinkers to a Touch My Body singalong too.
Mariah has toured every Christmas for the past five years, this time taking her show all round Europe, including dates in London, Nottingham and Leeds.
She also took her whole family with her around the continent, with her twins Moroccan and Monroe even joining her onstage dressed as a reindeer and a mini Santa.
The Sun revealed last week how the diva had her 2,300 sq ft Empire Suite at the Hotel Cafe Royal in London transformed into a winter wonderland.
A source explained: "She's gone absolutely all out to make sure her stay in London is memorable and has had Christmas brought right to her suite."
Her final stop is the Spanish capital, where she will bring down the curtain tonight.
