The flashy socialite enjoyed half price drinks at Kurobuta's Tight Ass Tuesdays offer at Kings Road, Chelsea last night.
They then headed back to his swanky pad in his Rolls Royce after the boozy dinner following rumours they're "on the rocks".
Yesterday The Sun Online exclusively revealed the couple had a blazing row at the show’s reunion party on Sunday night, with Ellie blasting Charlie for partying with his pals and ignoring her.
But last night they put their differences aside to enjoy a night out at the restaurant.
The special offer included a selection of seven different dishes for £28 alongside drinks at 50 per cent off.
Ellie and Charlie’s frosty attitude towards one another was clear to see during the live episode.
But insiders told The Sun Online it blew up during the after-party, with Ellie sobbing about how Charlie had behaved.
A TV insider said: “Charlie and Ellie had a screaming row at the end of the night.
“They’re on the rocks already and it’s only been a few weeks.
“Of course it’s tough outside of the villa, you’re not just in your couples anymore and you both have different lives, with different friends.
“Ellie was wound up by Charlie spending his night with Frankie Foster and by not paying her attention when he first arrived at the studios. That annoyed him so he was being really moody all night with her. It was obvious a slanging match was brewing.”
Friends close to Charlie and Ellie said the pair wouldn’t split and insisted their row was just a “lover’s tiff”.
After watching the reunion show, some viewers were convinced the pair had already broken up after Charlie struggled to raise a smile.
He grimaced as the cameras zoomed onto him, and later was pictured looking miserable while sitting next to Ellie.
Later, fans noticed the pair refused to stand with one another for the final cast photograph.
Despite the row, Ellie spent yesterday evening with Charlie at his house in London.
He posted a picture of her sitting on a chair with a love heart emoji.
She didn’t repay the favour however and has been ignoring him on social media ever since their row.
