The 22-year-old's mop of curls helped him stand out in the Love Island villa over the summer.
But one fan got a massive shock when she spotted a picture of the model with straightened locks.
In the shot, Eyal's hair is styled back off his face, and the Twitter user wrote: "Okay, I refuse to believe this is the same guy.. like dude, the hair change threw me #EyalBooker."
Meanwhile, Eyal recently revealed he would be open to a romance with fellow Islander Alexandra Cane after meeting her at The Sun’s Love Island party.
Discussing his chemistry with the stunning 27-year-old make-up artist, who was dumped by Dr. Alex, he told us: “I’m certainly open to that (romance).”
The 23-year-old continued: “I think she's beautiful and came across incredibly well with dignity and integrity.
"But I don't know her and it’s important for me to get to know someone really well.
“I'm sure I'll see her a lot more and if we get to know each other then great.”
Talking about what he has learnt about love from the show, he went on: “One thing the Love Island experience has taught me is that you absolutely cannot change who you are or present anything other than yourself on reality TV and I think that's what kept me sane.
“Even when it wasn't working out for me – I knew that I was being true to myself – and I think Alexandra has nothing to worry about because she definitely seemed to be very honest and open with her emotions in there."
However Eyal has now signed up for Celebs Go Dating alongside last year's Olivia Attwood and Towie star Chloe Sims.
Gogglebox's Amy Tapper is also on the E4 dating show and has fallen head over heels in love with Eyal.
An insider told The Sun Eyal had turned the heads of his fellow stars.
They said: "Everyone in the cast and crew has fallen head over heels for Eyal’s charm.
"Everyone from Chloe to Olivia think he’s so fit and such a nice guy. Amy is really taken with him.
"He’s the talk of the show – he’s so intense when he speaks to you, it’s hard not to fall for him.
