The unlucky-in-love contestant has made no secret of the fact he fancies the ITV2 show host.
And now fans are convinced sparks could fly between the pair after Caroline's failed engagement to Andrew Brady.
He posted underneath Caroline's picture of her in a Ibiza hotel swimming pool, saying: "Looks dreamy."
Dr Alex has already admitted to fancying her after meeting on the show.
Josh Denzel was seen asking Alex, 27, what his type of woman was.
The doctor replied: "Physically, a girl a bit like Caroline Flack."
After the show Caroline tweeted saying she was "totally flattered".
She said at the time: "That was so fun thanks for tuning in… and totally flattered by doctor Alex."
Viewers took to Twitter to support the idea of romance between the unlikely couple.
One wrote: "We need to start a petition to get Dr Alex with Caroline Flack"
Another commented: "I’m pretty sure Caroline flack wouldn’t turn you down Dr Alex"
