Lord Alan Sugar, 71, is set to have Botox for the first time and will be treated by previous Apprentice winner Leah Totton

The Apprentice star has agreed to be treated by former winner Leah Totton, who runs cosmetic clinics.

The tycoon said of the injections, which freeze wrinkles: “Leah says she wants to video me having it done.

“I said when she makes her first million quid, I’ll do it.

“But it’s no good me getting rid of my frown marks, that’s what I do!”

Lord Sugar — speaking this week at the launch of 2016 winner Alana Spencer’s Cakepreneurs business — is no stranger to cosmetic help.

In 2007 he paid £6,000 to lose bags under his eyes.

Dr Leah, 30, who won the BBC1 series and a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar in 2013 — is just weeks from breaking into seven figures.

With two clinics already in London, she is about to open another two.

She said: “Lord Sugar would benefit from Botox on his forehead and frown lines to reduce the depth of his wrinkles.”
