However Lisa, who was granted a divorce from ex-husband Ant McPartlin last month, appeared to have switched the thin diamond band to her right hand following their decree nisi.
The Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist ditched the cosmetics as she picked up some snacks ahead of the show's big weekend in Blackpool.
As well as her make-up free face, the 42-year-old slicked her short blonde hair back off her face and kept things casual in a loose black jumper, patterned trousers and sneakers.
Lisa also posed for a snap with one of her colleagues, with the diamond band clearly on display as she smiled for the camera, however she told her fans it was actually a gift from money left to her by her granddad.
She tweeted: "Just for the record that’s not my wedding ring, it’s my diamond band bought by my money my late grandfather left me."
The star previously liked a series of tweets sent to her by fans that referred to a person being "betrayed".
One fan wrote to her: "@LisaAmakeup just sayin' been where u are #betrayed by my best mate and husband and it ended up being the best thing ever happened to me. Stay dignified girl you'll fly and be happier than ever before you know it."
Lisa also liked a post which read: "@LisaAmakeup I think your an inspiration to all wronged women you managed to hold your head high and maintain dignity in the face of the vilest betrayal.
"I had a similar thing happen to me and I suffered a nervous breakdown and lost three years of my life! You are incredible."
Lisa and Ant's 11-year marriage came to an end at the beginning of the year and Ant, 42, has since moved on to a new relationship with his former PA, Anne-Marie Corbett.
Earlier this month, Ant came under fire from a judge after failing to attend their divorce hearing.
Instead of attending the Royal Courts of Justice, Ant went on a walk with Anne-Marie and his dog Hurley.
Mr Justice Mostyn asked in court: “Why is he not here? There isn't one law for the famous and one for the rest of the community.
“The rules say he was supposed to be here – and that can be reported. He has been told off.”
However Ant hit back, with his representative revealing he was told he didn’t have to attend.
