Katie Price has STILL not put her £1.6million mansion on the market despite being desperate for cash

The businesswoman’s nine-bed home in West Sussex has still not been advertised on any house-sale websites and no for sale sign has gone up outside.

And despite her messy mansion crumbling around her, The Sun Online can reveal it’s actually gone UP in value since she bought it in 2014.

When she moved in, it was valued at £1,350,000, but because the value of the local area rose, it’s now at £1,601,000.

However, an insider who’s actually visited the house says they’ll be surprised if Katie, 40, gets that much for the three-storey home, which also has stables, a tennis court and 12 acres of land.

“The house is a state and she’d be lucky to get £1.6m. There are broken windows, rotten woodwork, DIY bodge jobs all over the place and the décor will need refreshing.

“Katie’s décor won’t be to everyone’s taste. The grounds are overgrown, the pool pump is broken so the pool is unusable and green.

“The kids have drawn on the walls and the wallpaper is peeling in places. I’d say it needs about £200k for a refurb, including repairing the smoke damage from the fire, and that’s before the potholes in the drive have been filled in.”

When the house appeared on Through The Keyhole earlier this year, Keith Lemon couldn’t believe the state of it.

The house was filled with piles of clothes and the dark swimming pool was called a “swamp” by the TV presenter.

She was reportedly forced to make the decision to sell it in July after her spiralling debts – but clearly hasn’t got round to it just yet.

Katie’s publicist has been contacted for comment.
