Jennifer Metcalfe, Stephanie Davis and Chelsee Healey glam up for big Hollyoaks launch ahead of soap's Storm Week

The actresses made sure all eyes were on them as they arrived to chat about the massive storylines they were taking part in.

Stephanie Davis, who is returning as Sinead O'Connor this week, opted for a brown two piece that showed off her trim figure.

Jennifer, who plays Mercedes, looked very chic wearing a leopard print skirt and white top.

It was Chelsee who stole the show as she gave her character Goldie McQueen a run for her money wearing a black top and skirt with a pair snake skin knee high boots and a matching bum bag.

Hollyoaks is set to get very exciting with Storm Week, which will see a literal storm threaten Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) and Harry Thomson's (Parry Glasspool) big day.

Steph will make her return as Sinead O'Connor during the dramatic episodes and she looks set to wreak havoc.

This was revealed in the soap's autumn trailer, which saw Sinead out to  get her revenge on her former lover Ste as he prepares to tie the knot with Harry.

Sinead will return in a cab and, as rain lashes down, she says to the driver: "Can you get me to Hollyoaks please? I've got a wedding to ruin."

As the storm intensifies on Ste and Harry's wedding day, a number of the villagers will seek residence in the Dog in the Pond pub.

Earlier today Steph revealed that she tried to kill herself during the height of her alcohol addiction.

The actress admitted she was a "lost soul" during her dark days when she felt "so lonely and suicidal", but she has turned her life around after going to rehab.

She said: "I obviously went through a really bad time and alcohol was my coping mechanism to help with things. In the beginning it was a solution and it helped me, but then it starts to take and take, and in the end I thought I was going to die.

"It was really sad. I did try to kill myself, and then the way I was drinking, because it got quite bad, I was either going to hit my head or my body.

"I couldn’t take it anymore, so it just got to the point where I gave up the fight. I wanted to be me again, because I wasn’t me. I was just a lost soul. It’s sad.

"It’s one day at a time but I think for me it’s all about self-worth, because I didn’t have any.

"I didn’t love myself. I was so lonely and so suicidal. My mum was like 'Look at you!'"
