Hollyoaks reveals Kim Butterfield's exit story as she bows out next week

Hollyoaks has revealed more details on Kim Butterfield’s exit story as she decides to leave the village next week.

It’s already been confirmed that Daisy Wood-Davis has filmed her final scenes with the soap, with Kim’s departure airing in upcoming episodes.

Kim will decide to move away for a fresh start after growing frustrated over her fractured relationship with Farrah Maalik.

When Kim becomes convinced that her girlfriend Farrah is cheating on her again, her fears are seemingly confirmed when she searches through her phone.

After finding messages between Farrah and Grace, Kim is adamant that their affair is still going on – when in reality, she’s actually got the wrong end of the stick.

Although Farrah tries to convince Kim that she’s only texting with Grace to help with her revenge plan on Glenn, the latest turn of events prompts Kim to make a big decision about her future.

Fed up with feeling jealous and suspicious of Farrah’s friendship with Grace, Kim realises that she needs to leave Hollyoaks for good.

However, as she waits for the bus out of the village, Kim bumps into her idol – Rick Astley. How will this factor into her exit decision?

Hollyoaks airs on weeknights on Channel 4 at 6.30pm, with first-look episodes airing right after on E4.
