The football manager, 71, had Good Morning Host Piers Morgan in stitches as he revealed his first thoughts on Emily, 28, who has a crush on Redknapp Jr, 45.
He said: "When I first saw her in the jungle I thought no chance, but I've seen her today when she's scrubbed up and she looks alright, I'm telling ya. She looks very useful. She looks good.
"But when I saw her in the jungle I thought no, you ain't got a prayer."
Charlotte Hawkins and Kate Garraway had their heads in their hands as Harry gave his candid opinion.
Emily also joked about when she appeared on Lorraine saying:“I am sure if he had seen me in action over the last few weeks he might not be up for it.” Last night Emily squealed as she chatted up Jamie live on Extra Camp.
The actress made a move on Harry's son after he phoned into the spin-off show to congratulate his dad on being crowned King Of The Jungle.
During her time on the show, Emily – who was announced as runner-up earlier this evening – made it clear to the football manager that she fancied his son.
Jamie told his dad via a call that he had "done great".
At the same time, Emily shouted: "Hi Jamie!"
Harry joked: "Keep away from Emily, Jamie. She'd be too much for you."
His son – who divorced Louise Redknapp almost a year ago and has since been linked to Julia Restoin Roitfeld – teased back: "Yeah, I reckon she is. Do you know what Tinder is dad? Emily, you need to tell him what Tinder is."
Emily replied: "What Tinder? Yeah I need to tell you what Tinder is."
Innocently, Harry asked: "That's what we started the fire with?"
She burst out laughing with John Barrowman, who came third place, by her side.
At another point in the interview, she joked, " I scrub up well", before miming "call me Jamie" at the camera.
It comes as Jamie said Emily was "sweet" after she told his dad Harry that she fancies him.
The divorced dad joked the father is like the jungle version of Tinder after he tried to set him up from 10,000 miles away.
Emily revealed her crush on the former footballer as some of the stars chatted about other famous people who were in their families.
Speaking for the first time since Emily mouthed "call me" to him in the Bush Telegraph, the father-of-two said: "She's so sweet in the programme.
"It was such a nice conversation and I thought 'all right dad, where are you going with this one?'
"It was funny the way she handled it afterwards, it did make me laugh. He's like Tinder in there, dad is isn't he."
Actress Emily asked Harry if his former footballer son Jamie was single, joking: “Ooh imagine, Emily Redknapp, I would make a really good daughter-in-law.”
Harry seemed to be on board, telling her: “You would be fantastic there is no doubt about that Emily.”
