The pair started their shocking affair over the summer, soon after Phil left the country.
However, Sharon cut all ties with the teenage hunk after she was blackmailed by Phil's daughter, Louise, and Keanu's mum, Karen, warned her to stay away.
But tonight Sharon begged Keanu to take her back, with the pair falling into bed together in scenes that fans branded "sick".
Things only got more cringy as Sharon dug out a pair of fluffy handcuffs from her chest of drawers, cuffing Keanu to her and Phil's marital bed.
Right on cue, Phil pulled up outside of the house in a black cab – with Sharon not expecting him back home for "a couple of weeks".
The episode ended with Phil calling out to Sharon as he walked through the front door – and Keanu frantically rattling the handcuffs in a bid to get free and escape.
As if that wasn't bad enough, Phil's 17-year-old daughter Louise was also romping with Keanu's brother, Keegan Taylor, in the family kitchen.
Taking to social media, shocked fans shared their reaction to the scenes – with many hoping that Phil's return will "finally" put an end to Sharon and Keanu's "cringy" affair.
One wrote: "Please end this Sharon and Keanu storyline it's cringy!"
Another added: "This relationship between Sharon & Keanu is making me feel a bit queasy."
A third quipped: "Never felt so disgusted in my life."
Viewers will have to wait until tomorrow night to see if Keanu gets away in time – with Sharon previously warning the youngster that her bad boy husband would "kill him" if he learned of the affair.
And it isn't just Keanu whose life might be in danger, with viewers also speculating that Sharon's son Denny could die this festive season.
Speaking to Louise, Sharon swore on the schoolboy's life that there was nothing going on between her and Keanu.
Denny has suffered several repercussions since getting involved with a Walford gang, so it wouldn't be unlikely for him to lose his life in a fatal attack.
