Emmerdale spoilers: Graham Foster hits the bottle again as he struggles to cope with Joe Tate’s death

Fans of the ITV soap last saw Graham – played by Andrew Scarborough – hit the bottle earlier this year as he fell apart on the anniversary of his pregnant wife’s death.

He drunkenly tried to fight with Cain Dingle, played by Jeff Hordley, and even shoved then-pregnant Chas Dingle as he stumbled around.

Graham then attacked Joe Tate, seemingly leaving him for dead by the side of the road, before waking up with no recollection of the night before.

Now it looks like Graham really has killed Joe and he starts drinking again, unable to cope with what he’s done.

Cain – who currently believes he killed Joe with a punch – is horrified when Graham walks into the Woolpack half-cut.

He grabs him and drags him outside, warning him that he needs to sort himself out before anyone starts getting suspicious.

Will Graham listen to Cain’s words or will he keep on drinking himself into a stupor?

Joe’s half-brother, Noah Dingle, is worried about Graham’s drinking and speaks to his half-sister Debbie, pleading with her to help Graham before he spirals out of control.

Debbie – Charley Webb – agrees thinking that she might be able to get some answers from Graham, about Joe’s whereabouts but will she end up finding out the whole truth?

And what will it mean for her relationship with her dad when she finds out Cain’s role in Joe’s disappearance?

Actor Andrew recently teased that Graham will soon crack under pressure, telling the TV Times: "Graham is distraught, however dysfunctional their relationship was, he viewed Joe as a son.
