Danny John-Jules has lashed out at the Strictly judges after landing bottom of the leaderboard tonight.
The Red Dward actor scored just 27 for his performance with pro partner Amy Dowden and was criticised for being "too tough" with partner Amy Dowden and was warned he needed to "chill out".
Clearly unhappy with the comments, Danny took to Twitter after the show to retweet various fans’ comments criticising the judges’ scores and his fellow co-stars.
One comment he retweeted read: "I thought that too, surely if a dance didn’t have any mistakes it should get maximum marks."
While he retweeted another suggesting that the judges had fixed the result, writing: "Sensing a bit of a stitch up."
A tweet also lashed out at him scoring less than Graeme Swann and Joe Sugg, saying: "How was Danny scored lower than Graeme or Joe in that fact? Judge the dance, not the bulls*** you read in the papers!"
However he also retweeted his adoring fans’ praise of his performance.
One tweeted: "@DannyJohnJules and @dowden_amy thought your samba was gawjus, very enjoyable to watch! All my votes went to you. Long live #therivierakid!
Earlier this week, the Daily Mirror exclusively revealed how his dance partner Amy fled training in tears after a massive row.
And the judges appeared to address the issue while criticising their dance.
Bruno Tonioli told the Red Dwarf actor: "You have to be really careful. You can’t be too touch and staccato…you can’t push her."
While Craig Revel Horwood said of their Samba: "It’s too tough. There’s too much energy."
Craig then advised Danny to chill out and calm down in his routines if he makes it through to next week.
Danny and Amy were then awarded a score of 27 for their Latin number leaving them floundering at the bottom of the leaderboard.
It comes after a difficult week for the couple who became embroiled in the latest Strictly scandal.
Strictly star Danny appeared to suggest the BBC are bullying him after a string of stories emerged portraying the actor as a hot head who constantly rows with his partner.
Last week Amy fled training in tears earlier this week, with the dancer saying: “I can’t go on with him any more.”
She sobbed to BBC producers that she couldn’t be paired with the former Red Dwarf actor anymore after a row in the dance studio – before later reconciling with the actor.
And although the pair seemed to patch things up with a smooth It Takes Two interview praising each other and vehemently denying bullying, it appears Danny is still miffed by the BBC.’s response to the row.
Today, hours before Saturday’s recording the Red Dwarf actor liked a tweet which read: "This woman has 100% denied there is any issue between her and Danny, they make a great pair on the dance floor! In my opinion its a damn big stitch up by the powers that be! Just the BBC doing what they do best, bullying others!"
Danny’s wife Petula, who has been pictured cheering Danny on with her children Dante and Danae, in the Strictly studios, also feels her husband has been "stitched up."
