The Geordie Shore star showed off her incredibly curvy figure in the tight ensemble, but it was her mouth that intrigued her fans.
One person pleaded with her to stop getting lip fillers and said beneath the post on Instagram: "Please stop injecting more into your lips"
However, others loved her new look and one said: "You're so pretty"
Another added: "Your face! You absolute GODDESS"
The star completed her snake inspired look with black nails and gold jewellery and captioned her photo: "Snakeskin Sunday’s"
Chloe, 22, showed off her tiny waist in a fitted grey dress last week as she enjoyed a date night with Sam Gowland.
The pair spent a night in together at the house they share in Newcastle after finishing filming the latest series of Geordie Shore.
Chloe looked sensational as she posed in the figure-hugging outfit as Sam took a picture.
But she's shocked fans with a series of transformations since she joined Geordie Shore.
As well as having a boob job, Chloe had a nose job done at the same time with Christopher Inglefield at London Bridge Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Clinic in May this year.
And she said she’s back to feeling her best following a second boob job.
The procedures are believed to have cost around £15,000.
Chloe went under the knife again after being left with horrific scarring following her first breast augmentation.
She showed off the scarring to her followers online and said she felt miserable.
