The Hollywood star, who came second to winner Ryan, was gobsmacked by the moment that prompted Roxanne's allegations.
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield showed Kirstie the footage of the alleged punch.
The Cheers star declared: "That looks like he didn't even make contact."
She went on to reveal no one else in the house was aware of Roxanne's claims until 48 hours later, when she confided in Ben Jardine.
Kirstie says she was baffled by the claims and begged Ryan to "run" to the producers as her claims were a "career destroyer".
She said: "The thing with Roxanne was it 48 hours before any of us knew.
"Then I think she told Ben, I certainly didn't know.. When I found out, I thought it was new news.
"I thought it had just happened. They didn't show the footage, they didn't tell us anything.
"When I found out what accusation was, I realised it was a career destroyer.
"That's when it became serious business. My only advice to Ryan was get to the producers too.
"I said 'run' – you go in there and handle this now!"
Ryan was crowned CBB winner on Monday night with Kirstie coming second.
Viewers voted Ryan to victory after throwing their support behind him following the incident with Roxanne.
Ryan was seen giving her a playful jab, and she later accused him of deliberately trying to hurt her and begged CBB bosses to have him removed from the house.
She later quit the show and was seen giving a tearful apology to Ryan as she declared she "got it all wrong."
