The shocking scene was shown during sister programme Big Brother's Bit On The Side and will air in full during tonight's episode of the main show.
Cian, 23, enlisted the help of his fellow housemates, Zoe Jones and Isabella Farnese, for the manscaping – stripping naked in the bathroom so that the wax could be applied.
At first, the Irish farmer didn't react to the pain.
However, he writhed around on the floor in agony as the girls waxed his testicles.
Viewers at home could not believe their eyes, taking to Twitter to share their reaction to the graphic scenes.
One wrote: "OMG @CarriganCian naked on the floor being waxed!"

The Bit On The Side panel were also stunned by the clip – with singer Zoe Birkett rudely joking that she was "hoping to see more" of the housemate because he "keeps bragging."
Cian seemingly makes a habit of stripping off, with his private Instagram profile having the bio: "A smile is the most beautiful thing you can wear.
"Hence why I'm always smiling, because I don't like wearing clothes."
The reality star previously revealed that he hoped to bring some "fun" to the house.
