Audrina Patridge‘s ex-husband Corey Bohan has filed a court order to prevent their 2-year-old daughter Kirra from appearing on The Hills reboot.

In documents obtained by E! News, Bohan requested “Order restraining either party from allowing the minor child to be filed or to appear on any reality television production without the express written consent of the other parent.” Additionally, the document demanded that Patridge “revoke any prior consent she may have provided for the child to appear on The Hills reboot.”

Bohan wrote in another part of the order as to why he believes their daughter should not be filmed for the show. “I do not believe it is in Kirra’s best interests to appear on reality TV as the effects of being in the public spotlight could be extremely damaging to such a young child,” he stated in his delcaration.

Patridge and professional BMX rider ended their relationship in September 2017 after 10 months together. When she filed for divorce, Patridge accused Bohan of domestic violence and obtained a temporary restraining order against him. In her court filing, Patridge claimed Bohan had become “increasingly possessive, angry, agitated and jealous.” He denied the allegations, while the Orange County District Attorney’s office declined to prosecute due a lack of evidence.

How Audrina Patridge Bounced Back From Her Worst Year Ever

The Hills cast reunited at the 2018 MTV VMAs where they made a special “reunion announcement” about their updated show. Cast members on The Hills: New Beginnings include Spencer Pratt Heidi Montag and Whitney Port. Lauren Conrad however, won’t be joining show because she’s focusing on raising her son and building her clothing line for Kohl’s. There’s still plenty of relationship drama to go around.

On Wednesday, The O.C. star Mischa Barton announced on Instagram that she would be on the show. She wrote, “The secret’s out… I’m joining the cast of The Hills. When MTV approached me with the chance to be a part of the reality show that was inspired by The OC, it felt like the perfect opportunity for an irresistibly inviting new chapter.”

Since the reality stars are all in their 30s with kids, there have been mixed philosophies as to whether or not their children will appear in the show. Spencer and Heidi Pratt (Speidi) know that their one-year-old son Gunnar Stone Pratt won’t be camera-shy, but Whitney Port isn’t feeling the same way. She told E! News in September that her son Sonny “will pop up here and there because he exists in my life,” but she doesn’t want him to be “plastered all over the TV.”

Production for New Beginnings started in August as Patridge and Montag were seen hugging and greeting each other in Los Angeles. The show is expected to air in 2019.
