The model, 23, posted a picture of herself in pink lingerie as she sat in her bathroom on her Instagram page on Saturday.
The star can be seen displaying her baby bump as she perches in front of the camera and she shared the snap online with her fans.
Many of her followers were quick to comment to tell her how pretty they think she is, with one person writing: “You look so beautiful.”
While another person posted to tell her they were thinking of her, writing: “So sorry about your home. Many blessings wished for your family.”
April is expecting her and Robin’s second child after the couple welcomed daughter Mia eight months ago.
Singer Robin performed Stand By Me at a fundraiser for people who have suffered in the fires that have ravaged California, hosted by actor Gerard Butler in Malibu on Friday night.
The musician recently told TMZ there was nothing left at their home after the fires and told Entertainment Tonight they were only given 90 minutes to evacuate.
He said: “We just packed everything we could in the car, some guitars, some family albums, my computer with all my music on it, and got a bunch of baby stuff.”
The star added: “You never really think it’ll actually happen. You know, you think of what you would have done, but you just can’t really prepare for that kind of thing.”
