There’s a new Real Housewife in town! Eva Marcille, who won the third cycle of Tyra Banks-hosted competition show “America’s Next Top Model”, is set to join the cast of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for season 10.
“I’m so excited to join NeNe [Leakes] and the ladies for the 10th season of ‘RHOA’,” the 32-year-old model tells Us Weekly. “Atlanta and America, get ready!”
According to TMZ, Eva is currently signed as a part-time cast member, with the hope of bringing her on full-time for season 11. She has reportedly filmed a few scenes with NeNe Leakes and she knows when to throw shade at her co-stars and when to smile with the ladies.
Eva had guest-starrring roles on such TV series as “Smallville” and “Everybody Hates Chris”. In 2008, she joined the cast of “The Young and the Restless”. She also appeared in films likes “Crossover”, “I Think I Love My Wife” and “Sister Code”.
As for her personal life, she was engaged to “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne” star Lance Gross in 2008 before calling it quits in 2010. She then dated rapper Flo Rida from 2010 to 2012. She has a 3-year-old daughter with singer-songwriter Kevin McCall, whom she began dating in 2013, before splitting up in early 2015.
“RHOA” season 10 will see the return of Sheree Whitfield, Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey, while Phaedra Parks won’t return for the new season. NeNe Leakes, who left the show as a full-time cast member in 2015, has signed up to return, and Kim Zolciak-Biermann will make occasional appearances.
The new season of the reality series will premiere November 5 at 9 P.M. on Bravo. A recently released trailer previewed Kenya Moore’s secret wedding to businessman Marc Daly, Cynthia and Sheree’s new men, Kandi’s reunion with her Xscape groupmates, and Porsha’s going “vegan.”
