The ex-Apprentice star was seen unloading his things from his car late last night, after jetting on a make-or-break holiday to St Lucia with the presenter.
It seems Andrew wanted to keep the move quiet, as he arrived outside her London pad in the early hours.
The CBB star was seen lugging numerous bags of his belongings inside before the Love Island host, 38, emerged to help in a baggy grey jumper.
Proving to still be going strong, the couple were then spotted leaving the flat together this morning, with Caroline hopping into a cab while Andrew took their dog Ruby for a walk.
The pair have split twice since hooking up in February, but jetted on a make-or-break trip to St Lucia earlier this month.
However Caroline seemed reluctant to confirm their reunion, having ditched her engagement ring at the GQ Awards after wearing it earlier that day.
A source told The Sun: “Caroline is well aware people think she’s making a big mistake giving Andrew another go and doesn’t want to be made a fool of again.
“Earlier she had been wearing the ring and couldn’t be more loved-up with Andrew after working on their relationship on their Caribbean holiday.
“She ditched her ring and walked the red carpet alone, even flirting and fooling around with her pal Professor Green in front of the cameras. But it was all for show.
“They’d secretly spent the whole afternoon together at her house celebrating his 28th birthday, where she lavished him with presents. She later got Andrew into the after-party as the night was dying down.”
Caroline split from Andrew after a month of romance in March amid claims he had cheated and was using the presenter for fame.
They soon reconciled and got engaged in April, but announced their second split on social media only weeks later.
