The tennis star, 24, has been chilling in Miami following last month's semi-final defeat to Julia Goerges in the Luxembourg Open.
Bouchard is willing to go to extreme lengths to ensure that her body is ready for her return to the court.
She bravely plunged into a cyrotherapy chamber on Wednesday, which uses sub-zero temperatures to treat diseased or dead tissue.
The 24-year-old had to climb into a body-sized capsule that is filled with liquid nitrogen – causing temperatures to drop as low as -200°C.
And she documented the whole experience with her 1.8 million followers on Instagram.
Before the treatment started, she posted a photograph of herself wearing a white dressing gown and some flattering donkey slippers.
While in the chamber – which went up to her neck – she looked at ease as she smiled for a quick snap.
After putting her body through its paces, she uploaded a mirror selfie then went shopping in Louis Vutton.
This comes just days after she sent sent social media into meltdown with a number of saucy beach snaps.
The Canadian-born beauty left little to the imagination as she showed off her figure in a skimpy bikini.
But she did post a snap of herself on the tennis court on Monday to prove to her fans that she's not skipping training.
